Talk with Hoplite
Use the address that matches your request so it reaches the right team. Include your Hoplite workspace name and a concise description when they are relevant, but never send passwords, API keys, private repository contents, or other credentials by email.
Product support
For account access, billing questions, workspace administration, agent runs, integrations, or product behavior, email support@hoplite.sh. Include an error or request ID when the product displays one; it helps us locate the relevant event without asking you to disclose source code.
For plan selection, procurement, team rollout, or product evaluation, email sales@hoplite.sh. Tell us the size of your engineering team and the repository or compliance constraints you need to evaluate so we can respond with relevant information.
Privacy and security
Privacy requests, including access, correction, deletion, or data-processing questions, go to support@hoplite.sh. If you believe you found a security issue, use the same address with “Security” in the subject. Describe the affected surface and safe reproduction steps without accessing another user's data or disrupting the service. We will acknowledge the report and coordinate any additional evidence through an appropriate channel.
