How usage is billed

- Every plan includes model and sandbox usage each month, per seat on paid plans. Free also has a daily limit.
- Beyond that
- Runs draw on prepaid credits you buy in Billing. One credit is US$1 of usage, at per-model token rates and per-size sandbox rates.
- No surprise charges
- Nothing is charged automatically. At a usage limit, work pauses until it resets or you add credits. Spend limits cap any thread.
- Your own models
- Calls routed to a connected model subscription or your own provider key don't use credits.
